LAKEWOOD RANCH OPENS NEW INFORMATION CENTER ON MAIN STREET
LWR Communities has opened a new information center on Lakewood Ranch Main, in the heart of Lakewood Ranch. The location was chosen to help immerse visitors in the lifestyle The Ranch offers.
“Everybody recognizes Main Street as the hub of Lakewood Ranch,” said Sandy Shahinian, director of community marketing for Lakewood Ranch. “Offering a new information center on Main Street allows us to serve our customers better within the context of everyday life on The Ranch. Visitors can drop in any time, and residents can bring their friends and family to explore opportunities to live in Lakewood Ranch while they’re visiting, and out dining and shopping.” The information center will be open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays. It will also remain open during certain Main Street events, such as the LWR Block Party and Music on Main. The center features interactive tools, custom maps, village comparisons, and access to community specialists. “The shopping experience is everything these days, and that extends to customers seeking to purchase their next home,” Shahinian said. “We are focused on supporting the homebuying journey through a no-pressure environment with dynamic tools and a personalized approach that considers the customer’s aspirations, preferences, needs and timelines.” The information center will also be the departure point for The Ranch’s popular community bus tours, which began earlier this year. These free tours are offered weekly by a community specialist who shares information on our community amenities and new home villages. Guests can see it all, and get a sense of life on The Ranch. Residents are also invited to take the tour, which is offered Fridays throughout the year, and Tuesdays through season. “Our goal is to provide an excellent customer experience in the heart of our community,” said Laura Cole, senior vice president of LWR Communities. With the new, centralized location, both the north and south information centers have been closed permanently, and the staff has moved to Main Street.
